Song Lyrics
Crown Him
(Christmas version) by Chris Tomlin
Crown Him with many crowns
The King who left His throne
Creator of the universe
Born to the world He holds
And with that first drawn breath
The Word has become flesh
Emmanuel has come to us
O crown Him, all the earth
Crowned by the angel choir
They tell His royal birth
Sing glory in the highest height
And peace upon the earth
They break the silent night
Announcing endless worth
The King of grace and love is here
O crown Him all the world
Crowned by their royal gifts
Gold frankincense and myrrh
Wise men approach this manger throne
With honors from afar
Behold the Son of God
And bow down in this place
The Prince of Peace has come to us
O crown Him with your praise
Crown Him with many crowns
The Lamb upon His throne
Hark! how the heavenly anthem drowns
All music but its own
Awake, my soul, and sing
God sent His Son for me
Now hail Him as thy matchless King
Through all eternity
Awake, my soul, and sing
God sent His Son for me
Now hail Him as thy matchless King
Through all eternity
Crown Him, Crown Him,
Crown Him with many crowns
Crown Him, Crown Him,
Crown Him with many crowns
Crown Him, Crown Him,
Crown Him with many crowns

For Unto us a Child is Born
/Open The Eyes of My Heart
For unto us a child is born
A son is given
A son is given
For unto us a child is born
A son is given
A son is given
The Messiah
Oh to see Him
To see Him high and lifted up
Shining in the light of Your glory
Pour out Your power and love
As we sing holy, holy, holy
For unto us a child is born
A son is given
A son is given
For unto us a child is born
A son is given
A son is given
The Messiah
Oh to see Him
To see Him high and lifted up
Shining in the light of Your glory
Pour out Your power and love
As we sing holy, holy, holy
You are high and lifted up
Shining in the light of Your glory
Lord pour out Your power and love
As we sing holy, holy, holy
Holy, holy, holy
Holy, holy, holy
Holy, holy, holy
Holy, holy, holy
For unto us a child is born
Holy, holy, holy
For unto us a child is born
Holy, holy, holy
For unto us a child is born
Holy, holy, holy
For unto us a child is born
Holy, holy, holy

Scripture Reading: Luke 1:46-56
46 And Mary said: “My soul glorifies the Lord
47 and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior,
48 for he has been mindful of the humble state of his servant. From now on all generations will call me blessed,
49 for the Mighty One has done great things for me— holy is his name.
50 His mercy extends to those who fear him, from generation to generation.
51 He has performed mighty deeds with his arm; he has scattered those who are proud in their inmost thoughts.
52 He has brought down rulers from their thrones but has lifted up the humble.
53 He has filled the hungry with good things but has sent the rich away empty.
54 He has helped his servant Israel, remembering to be merciful
55 to Abraham and his descendants forever, just as he promised our ancestors.”
56 Mary stayed with Elizabeth for about three months and then returned home.
It Came to Pass Christmas
(Worthy, Worthy)
It came to pass,
a child was conceived
A virgin girl betrothed in Galilee
The angel came,
revealed the ancient plan
A baby boy, Christ the Son of
Though she could not comprehend
such a mystery
Just a glimpse of You revealed
was compelling her to sing
Holy, holy is the Lord, God Almighty
Worthy, worthy is Your name
All of heaven joins
the universe ever crying
Worthy, worthy is Your name
And so they went,
no place to lay their heads
The Son of God, a stable for a bed
A helpless child wrapped in ragged cloth
His parents praised, a simple gift of awe
Though they could not comprehend
such a mystery
Just a glimpse of You revealed
was compelling them to sing
Holy, holy is the Lord, God Almighty
Worthy, worthy is Your name
All of heaven joins
the universe ever crying
Worthy, worthy is Your name
Worthy, worthy is Your name
Worthy is Your name
A brilliant star was lit to show the way
The shepherds bow and kings knelt in the hay
This is our God, a great and humble king
All glory to the Lord, the firstborn majesty
Holy, holy is the Lord, God Almighty
Worthy, worthy is Your name
All of heaven joins the universe ever crying
Worthy, worthy is Your name
Holy, holy is the Lord, God Almighty
Worthy, worthy is Your name
All of heaven joins the universe ever crying
Worthy, worthy is Your name
Worthy, worthy is Your name
Worthy, worthy is Your name

How Many Kings
FIBC Vocal Group
Follow the star to a place unexpected
Would you believe after all we’ve projected
A child in a manger?
Lowly and small, the weakest of all
Unlikeliest hero, wrapped in his mother’s shawl
Just a child, is this who we’ve waited for?
Chorus:
‘Cause how many kings
stepped down from their thrones?
How many lords have abandoned their homes?
How many greats have become
the least for me?
And how many gods
have poured out their hearts
To romance a world that has torn all apart?
How many fathers gave up their sons for me?
Verse 2:
Bringing our gifts for the newborn Savior
All that we have, whether costly or meek
Because we believe
Gold for His honor
and frankincense for His pleasure
And myrrh for the cross He’ll suffer
Do you believe?
Is this who we’ve waited for?
Chorus:
How many kings stepped down from their thrones?
How many lords have abandoned their homes?
How many greats have become the least for me?
And how many gods
have poured out their hearts
To romance a world that has torn all apart?
How many fathers
gave up their sons for me?
Only one did that for me
Bridge:
Oh-oh-oh-oh all for me
All for me… all for you …
All for me… all for you …
Oh-oh-oh-oh all for me
All for me… all for you …
All for me… all for you…
All for you, All for you…
Chorus:
How many kings stepped down
from their thrones?
How many lords have abandoned
their homes?
How many greats have become the least for me?
How many gods have poured out their hearts
To romance a world that has torn all apart?
How many fathers gave up their sons for me?
Only one did that for me
Oh-oh-oh-oh
All for me…
All for you…
Silent Night
Silent night, holy night!
All is calm, all is bright.
Round yon Virgin, Mother and Child.
Holy infant so tender and mild,
Sleep in heavenly peace,
Sleep in heavenly peace
Silent night, holy night!
Shepherds quake at the sight.
Glories stream from heaven afar
Heavenly hosts sing Alleluia,
Christ the Savior is born!
Christ the Savior is born
Silent night, holy night!
Son of God love’s pure light.
Radiant beams from Thy holy face
With dawn of redeeming grace,
Jesus Lord, at Thy birth
Jesus Lord, at Thy birth
